As each piece is handcrafted by the artisan, production takes a minimum of 3 weeks and up to 3 months from the time of order. Please allow plenty of time when placing your order.
Each piece is handmade by the artist at every stage, not mass-produced, so there may be slight variations in size, shape, and glaze shine.
During the firing process, there may be slight bubbles, and tiny bumps, and some pieces may have slight warping. These occurrences are natural and not considered defects as they arise during the firing in the kiln.
Although dishwasher is safe but handwashing is recommended.
