Domestic Shipping

Germany : Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.


All orders are shipped with tracking via DHL.
Shipping is calculated based on the size and volume of your order rather than actual weight — as ceramics require generous padding and secure packaging.

• Standard Shipping (Tracked): €7.69
  For most small-to-medium orders (1–2 items)

• Larger Orders:
  For orders with multiple pieces or larger items, shipping costs may be adjusted slightly to reflect packaging needs. You'll see the final shipping fee at checkout.

Studio pickup in Berlin is available upon request.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.


Shipping is handled via DHL Paket International.

Actual shipping costs may vary depending on the package size, number of items, and destination country.
You will see the final shipping cost at checkout, but feel free to contact me in advance for an estimate.

* When the items you purchased from overseas arrives in your residing country, please note that customs duties may be imposed according to the laws of that country. The occurrence and rate of customs duties vary depending on the country and region, so for detailed information, please contact the customs office of your residing country.

* The items departs from Germany for international shipping, please be aware that it falls under the jurisdiction of the postal service and customs of the receiving country. From the moment the items are received by customs, we no longer have authority over the items. Therefore, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the postal service or customs of the destination country to locate the package. If the items are held in customs for more than 45 days, please check the tracking number in the email and file a claim accordingly.

Exchanges and refunds are only possible within 10 days of receiving the items. The artwork must be in unused condition and should match the received state. If you wish to exchange, please send an email to cyb5500@gmail.com.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the return shipping, so we strongly recommend packaging the product securely and using a traceable shipping service.
